We want you to love your PRETTYGARDEN purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn items within 30 days of delivery. All returned garments must be in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the provided packing slip to ensure faster processing.
Attach the Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid return shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.
